Dividing $1.007B by 7625 stores = $132,066 per store. There are also 11 Family Dollar distribution centers. Looking at the number from an EBITDA ratio to price paid angle implies the Family Dollar sale if bought at a 6X EBITDA was based on $168M EBITDA. If bought at 5X the EBITDA was $201M.

The earnings release said DLTR bought back 3.3 million shares last quarter. Opened 33 new Dollar Tree stores, bringing full-year openings to 525. Finished fiscal 2024 with approximately 2,900 Dollar Tree 3.0 multi-price format stores, including 2,600 conversions and 300 new stores.
