The authority granted by Congress to the executive branch in 1952 in fact has evolved into a key tool for expeditiously admitting people who do not qualify under established immigration categories, though rarely to the degree seen lately under the Biden administration.Back to you
Instead, the best way to stay in the U.S. is to fly into LaGuardia on a business or tourist visa under your Saudi passport, have a 90 second conversation with customs, and rent a car and disappear into the country. That way, you not only arrive in the country with virtually no risk and nothing required of you, but you can also have cash and identity papers and all the other things that might be useful in your mission.
