US Citizen (naturalized) and school superintendent is detained at the border for hours for no apparent reason. Most disturbing is that he was told he has no rights, which is simply wrong. And it gets worse from there.

Yes, we have problems with the directions the administration is giving to ICE and CBP with daily deportation quotas and other orders. But we also have a problem in that so many officers are willing to follow these questionable orders. I'm fairly sure they took an oath to preserve and defend the constitution. How are they upholding that oath when they seem to be nonchalantly tossing that constitution aside?

But they had their fingers crossed behind their backs when they took that oath, so it is null and void.

Back in 1981 I attended training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center in Glynco, Georgia in order to be a commissioned Federal Law Enforcement Officer. Overall I thought the training was good and there was definitely an emphasis on the Constitution and citizen's rights. I wonder what is going on there now? Unless things have changed, almost all LE agencies sent their people to FLETC for training.
