OK...even the Administration admits it was an error. So why challenge bringing him back after he was deported? That makes no sense. If they wanted to give the appearance of "only deporting people who shouldn't be here", then bringing this guy back would be supporting that desired perception. Because he should be here.

their agenda is different than what they claim.

Their "claimed" agenda is irrelevant. Throw them in jail until he is returned. Better yet, identify them as members of MS-13 and lock them up in the El Salvador prison. Suddenly, their body parts will get *really* "twisted". Courts can hold them in contempt for a LONG time if they do not cooperate. There will be serious consequences as a result.
