Unfortunately many right wingers are only capable of humor that is mean (at the expense of others), based on partisan misinformation, and often aimed at those who cannot respond.

Rush Limbaugh was expert at it. Trump took it to another level blending in the 'tough guy' exhortations he seemed to learn in the wrestling rings with Vince McMahon. - sano

Yeah, Trump with McMahon is just too showy. I prefer the down home neighborhood feel of Biden's tough guy image, taking a chain up to the side of Cornpop's head.
