If US aid stops flowing, that could force a cease-fire unfavorable to Ukraine. Other nations are stepping up (especially nations like Poland), but it's not really enough. They can produce the quantities we can. So, yeah...the war will likely be over pretty quickly unless someone can convince the convict that it's in his interest to continue supplying Ukraine.
