There you have it, The Pyongyang Department of Central Planning and Child Rearing has ordained the optimal number of dolls and pencils each child should have to make a beautiful Republic!

Also, I'm still waiting for the release of the Epstein files and Trump's tax returns as promised by Chinjidong.
