I admit this is speculative, but if not for the money train, why is Obrador suddenly giving Biden this support? What is in it for him? Read these two articles:

If that isn't enough, I posted multiple meetings between the Biden 'Administration and the President going back to 2021. If you copy the first couple of sentences in each one, google it, it will take you to the article. Skim the article, go onto the next one.
If you can, read more foreign policy and diplomacy articles on Mexico and AMLO. Think it over and come to your own conclusion, but you'll ralize there is no "suddenly".
