He echoed the opinions of Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of the dangers of vaccines, although vaccines save lives and extensive research has shown no link between vaccines and autism. Trump said: “We understood a lot more than a lot of people who studied it.”

I’ve learned a lot, including the fact that the most destructive force in any organization is an individual with supreme confidence and low intellect. Throw in a dose of dementia and there’s no end to the damage they can do.
Unfortunately, at this moment, we are all learning that lesson in real time.
