Numerous outlets are publishing similar stories stating that James Comer, the House Republican currently leading the effort to tar Hunter Biden with undue criminality and sleaze over cushy deals with shady business partners, etc., is likely guilty of the exact same behavior he is alleging of Hunter Biden (and Joe). Specifically, Comer's yearly ethics disclosures have been seemingly fully detailed except for one parcel of land he owns. Out of 1600 acres of land owned by multi-millionaire Comer, 6 acres were purchased in a 2015 deal with a campaign donor. Ownership of that plot was subsequently transferred in 2017 to a shell corporation Comer formed with his wife and a campaign donor Darren Cleary who has contributed $70,000 to Comer's campaigns since 2016. The land is estimated to be worth over $1 million but does not appear in his ethics disclosures, despite a requirement of all assets worth over $1,000 needing to be disclosed. Reports have not yet traced what other assets are owned by the shell company, named Farm Team Properties. Other facts about the entity and Comer's actions have been summarized:

* formed in 2017 just before Comer ran for his House seat
* initially worth between $50k-100k per Comer's earlier ethics disclosures
* now worth between $500,000 and $1,000,000 per Comer's 2022 ethics disclosure
* that single 6 acre parcel alone is thought to be worth $1 million not counting any other properties owned (if any)
* Comer has had multiple "loans" to familiy members for between $40k and $200k
* family members filed paperwork for special tax treatments after these transactions
* Comer had public responsibilities as a state official then federal official over legislation and regulatory bodies that impacted these tracts of land and his entire family business
* Comer's family business, Comer Land & Cattle, doesn't actually exist on paper in ANY jurisdiction

No wonder they don't want Hunter Biden to testify in public. Even a former crack addict could turn accusations like these onto the inquisitors and torch them like Burning Man.
