The FBI, Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC) coauthored the December 13, 2021 intelligence product whose title reads, “DVEs and Foreign Analogues May React Violently to COVID-19 Mitigation Mandates.”
The report cites criticism of mandates as “prominent narratives” related to violent extremism. These narratives “include the belief that COVID-19 vaccines are unsafe, especially for children, are part of a government or global conspiracy to deprive individuals of their civil liberties and livelihoods, or are designed to start a new social or political order.
“It’s a way they could go to social media companies and say, ‘You don’t want to propagate domestic terrorism so you should take down this content,’” said former FBI agent Steve Friend.

Covid was a world wide recognized pandemic with millions killed by the disease and it was recognized as such by public health bodies across the world.. Nothing fake like Trump's declaration. Very real. When public safety is a paramount concern the executive must move quickly to prevent the distribution of misinformation harmful to the public. There's no time for normal processes and to let it wind through the courts, just stop it.

Limiting the spread and slowing it was possible. Stopping the spread was very highly unlikely - theoretical. The vaxx was to help prevent serious illness and death. Serious illness overloaded the hospitals, and on top of that were the Ivermectin overdoses from people made afraid of the vaxxes. So the misinformation led to more people getting sick and dying, and hospitals being overloaded with the sick and Ivermectin overdoses.
Then long Covid showed up.

Yep, early on they adopted the three Cs approach - focusing on avoiding the so-called “Three Cs” (closed spaces, crowded places, and close-contact settings. Then they are a mask cooperative culture and have respect for others in society. And may I point out that they get a good winter and have snow on the ground.

The defense has counsel (and he can afford a good one), is able to screen (and reject) potential jurors, and you never know what judge will preside until he/she is assigned. You really can't rig it.
