We're planning to host my sister-in-law from the Philippines. She has a valid visa. But she and 1poorlady are freaking out about harassment by ICE, possibly even denying entry (despite valid visa). They are seeing lots of stories on social media, and my assurances that this is rare isn't helping.

I believe that the only thing you can do is rely on them doing their jobs properly, and suing if they don't. Is there any other recourse? I can't think of one.

1poorlady wants to be proactive. Which makes sense, but what else can you do?
