The MSFT cash buyout of ATVI deal is looking good. BRK held on to $1.38B of ATVI it appears as of Q2. I followed WEB into the arbitrage in May '22 but sold when things appeared to hit the fan. Bought it again back in mid July(up nearly 5%)and gonna hold until it goes thru at $95. Glad the deal will likely go thru. for many reasons! Excerpt:

Any idea of the logistics of the buyout for us shareholders? Will my ATVI share dsiappear and account credited with cash?

Yes, that is my understanding. Pure cash deal for ATVI shareholders but more complex formula for employees with stock options.
