...on Hurricane Helene relief and the approach of Hurricane Milton as it barrels toward Tampa because, of course.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is not taking calls from Vice President Kamala Harris about storm recovery just over a week after Hurricane Helene hammered parts of his state.

“Kamala was trying to reach out, and we didn’t answer,” the DeSantis aide told NBC News.

Well, sure, why work to help Floridians when you have an opportunity to ghost the vice president?

BTW, the Biden-Harris Administration has already approved Florida's request for federal assistance for Hurricane Milton, and FEMA is already on the ground pre-positioning resources despite DeSantis being a republican governor in a red state who has never kissed the ring or the ass of the sitting president as he's repeatedly done for Felonious Trump.
