Interesting. My perception of PA (the few times I ever visited) was that is was a right-wing insult machine. Though the left was not immune to casting aspersions. Basically a lot of people yelling at each other. Pointless.

And, not being one to want to live in an echo chamber, I tried posting to CF. I was very promptly told I was an idiot (except for ONE poster that actually tried to engage in conversation...I forget who it was now). Along with posts about how they couldn't wait for the revolution so they could "hunt liberals" legally (and I DO remember who said that).

And, as manlobbi just said, there isn't really anything that "left" on these boards (or in America). The Democrat party would be regarded as center-right in most of the world (with a few exceptions, like Sanders and AOC). I left the Republican party after 20 years because they had shifted so far right that I couldn't relate to them anymore.
