If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

Tell me again there is no two tier system of justice. Now maybe that is just the way it is, the rich and well connected are just going to get better deals. That doesn't mean I have to like it. But what I really don't like being lectured is there no two tier system in the first place.

Has anyone lectured to you that the rich and well connected aren't going to get better deals in the criminal justice system?

I think your frustration might simply stem from using a term like "two tier system of justice," without being precise by whether you mean a belief that the rich are unfairly advantaged in criminal prosecutions or whether you mean Democrats are unfairly advantaged in criminal prosecutions. I don't think anyone would disagree with the former, but many folks would contest the latter point.
