This corrupt and lawless administration just plows ahead in its pursuit of autocracy and the courts be damned.

Firing probationary status employees deemed illegal - On September 12, a federal court ruled that the Office of Personnel Management illegally required the firing of 25,000 federal employees on probationary status in February, saying the agency exceeded its powers in doing so. The judge ordered that the federal agencies must send letters to all fired probationary-status employees that state they were not terminated on the basis of performance. Agencies were also ordered to amend personnel records accordingly, and to no longer take direction from OPM on employee dismissals. Source: Government Executive
