Many have better things to do, and some are too young to vote. Trump is likely to receive less than 50% of the popular votes, but possibly more than 50% of the electoral college votes. Sununu (from a small state) is staking claim that some votes are more important than others, as the electoral college allows. This minority rule madness will end at some point.
