Americans buying shit they don't need with money they dont have for people they do or do not like lol. A nation of spenders (while SOME of the immigrant groups rise up and start businesses and enjoy upward mobility....)

Anyhow back to the American Spender Consumer:

Home refinancing. If rates continue down, and they have $100,$200,$300 a month more in their pocket..... 99-110% of that money will be spent instantly.

Does the financially engineered consumer, with a few 100 more in his pocket power a continued sanguine time?
