Now if I’ve got this right. The US warns Russia that a terrorist attack is imminent. Russia appears to ignore it. A terrorist attack occurs. Russia blames it on Ukraine. ISIS says they did it. Russia still blames Ukraine. Russia shows (AI?) video of Ukrainian official claiming attack. ISIS still claims they did it.
