The wannabe performance artists here need to take a closer look at Trump. He know how to do performance art.

He had his lawyers file notice today that he intends to sue the Feds over some made up garbage about the search warrant served at Mar-a-Lago. For some legal reasons that I don't fully understand (so I won't even attempt an explanation), that means he can file the suit in six months. Of course, in a bit more than 3 months, we'll know how the election turned out. If he wins, there's no reason to sue. If he loses, he knows its all frivolous and won't actually file. Or maybe he will anyway, just to keep his name in the headlines. Who knows.

In the end, it's all just performance art for his base, trying to gin up votes. Nothing more.
