As a non-too-regular-recurring character here I find that often it's like walking into the middle of a soap opera that's been on the air for 30 years. (Which, come to think of it, this forum sort of is when you consider it's foolish history.)
The question is: Can somebody please explain EchotaBaaa to me? I have no idea where he/she/they are coming from. Reads a lot like checking your answering machine but the messages were left by people who dialed a wrong number. Take as much nutshell as you need.
This is not to dump on Echo... at al. I just don't know WTF he's saying

Can somebody please explain EchotaBaaa to me?
I believe the correct answer to that is no. Echota defies explanation.
The only thing that properly can be said is that he/she/they/it have multiple names they go by. But the posting is always the same cryptic … uhhh … let’s be generous and just call them words.
Every word is familiar, yet every sentence is impossible to parse.
He’s kind of like the village idiot, but that spot is already held by a self proclaimed dope. And I don’t think Echota is actually dumb. I suspect he is fairly smart, but thinks it’s clever to be cryptic. It’s not. And whatever good ideas he might have are simply lost in translation.

You don't understand him because his posts reference conversations and things that are either over your head or just not something you're up on.
It's all good. It's not for everyone.
As for village idiots...lol. You've chosen the No Mercy path. Let's see how that goes for you.

Ok. This is what I'm getting from the Echota posts. There's a message in there somewhere. It seems to be more than simply random noise. Left Wing/Right Wing / disgruntled former Right Winger / disgruntled former "Blue Dog" Democrat. Who the hell can tell?

Actually his posts read like they reference conversations that exist only in his head

They are references and subjects flushed down the White House toilet long ago.

My two cent worth..
Something fairly traumatic happened in the past, most likely related to their financial decisions. Since they are super smart it couldn't be a bad decision on their part but rather a super corrupt system.

Jedi seems to be stuck in permanent disdain mode. The only way he knows how to operate is to talk in obscure modes that don't communicate well. So He doesn't really want to talk to us it seems. Any direct communication leads to obscurity, sometimes with Dope sharing in the obscurity.

Agreed. Sometimes I can almost tease out that message. I think he is saying that Dems (in particular) focus on the wrong things. They obsess over pronouns, while most people don't give a crap about that. They need to be focusing on what people actually care about.
I think he has a similar message for the Reps (not pronouns, of course), but makes it less often.
I also think he may be referencing conversations from the old TMF. Many of his posts I just skip because I can't parse what he's saying, any more than I could parse what a biochemist was saying presenting a paper at a conference (I'm not a biochemist, don't know the shortcut terminology specific to biochem). But those that have some coherence seem to be saying the above.
I also get the feeling he is so frustrated with the whole thing that he thinks we are getting what we deserve (both parties). On this point, I agree. The people get the government they deserve. Don't know who said that first, but I think it is true.

Ah ha! See that last part there is a sort of Rosetta Stone level of clarification. The key. I don't even remember his name from the old Fool and I was there from 1996-end. At least it tells me why he seems to be talking about something but it's unclear what.
The rest of your breakdown sounds well done. Basically he's saying what almost everyone except the most extreme demographics are saying but with all that "crypticism"

I very seldom ventured to PA, but I've heard that he was a frequent poster there (under a few different names, including some derivation of "Jedi"?). I suspect that's the genesis of all his cryptic terminology.
His last few posts have been a bit clearer. He's correct that the Dems have been given a gift with the Felon. They should be able to crush in 2026 and 2028, as long as they focus on how the ordinary citizen is being harmed by the Felon, and how they will be different. How they will work to help them, instead of cut benefits and government services that many of them rely upon. If they start in on pronouns on government websites (a legit issue), they'll lose (because it's not what is foremost in most voters' minds).
