Based on item 2 chart.

Check my math but it appears Buffet paid on average $367.2 equivalent for A shares in September.

Also highest purchases were in September as well for the quarter.

Q3 operating earnings understated.

While they are at a record level $10.7 BB, they include over $1.3 BB reserve accrual for wildfires in Q3 and 1.9 BB YTD. So the true run rate of earnings are higher.

Here is something else that I find interesting. The weighted average buyback price from 2019 to now is: 198.74, 203.53, 269.97, 302.60 and 320.89. They are paying 60% more this year than they did in 2019.

And the share repurchases continued into October. The number of shares outstanding on Oct 26 shown on the cover page of 10Q, is lower than the number on Sep 30.
