From the 90's onwards - *some* said to be real damn careful not to chase "earnings per share" for the 'ass and pee 500" and in return give over American knowhow be it manufacturing, creating, innovating, whatever. NOT to bow to forced collaboration with Chinese businesses where despite what some idiot Club 401K lawyer wrote on some dumbass piece of paper, the Chinese will steal and learn and bite you in your name traditional dumb American 401K asses with.

We were called fear monger, "isolationist" "protectionist" by both sides in those days.

Luckily, many have now either kissed our ring, or learned their lesson.

Hopefully, the lesson was not learned too late.
