This is probably part of the reason Jared, a Jew, and Ivanka, a convert to Judaism, decamped in the wake of J6. It's telling that, having been separated from DJT's trials, her only public acknowledgement of his conviction was a cursory 'love you Dad' on an app that auto-deletes messages after a brief time.

Hmm. I didn't think of that part. I just assumed they were distancing to not be dealing with insurrectionist BS and Ivanka had tried to talk him out of it. Please point out this type of stuff as I think I miss it.
