Aussi: Best Books . . GTR1 for Dummies
WaveDoc’s GTR1 for Dummies is invaluable for all of us trying to keep up with the complexities of GTR1. MainiacJoe started the ball rolling posting “The GTR1 User’s Guide” back in 2007 for Michael’s old site. By 2010 as MainiacJoe said “The Guide's obsolescent now anyway, I wrote it before Jamie's interface even had -count tags etc. and there has been a lot of changes since then”. At the time I was having a little difficulty trying to get a grasp of Robbie’s improved version of GTR1 so I wrote “My own crude users guide to GTR1” under my old FLARAM pseudonym, a simple 13 page introduction to GTR1 which I passed around to several members having the same problems.
WaveDoc credited me with getting him started on his “GTR1 for Dummies” but my primitive crude 13 page version could never be compared to his 86 page detailed version. He is the person that deserves all the credit for the GTR1 for Dummies. On 9/3/ 2015 he posted his initial greatly improved and expanded version.
But in case you missed it FlyingCircus posted on 1/8/24 that:
WaveDoc sent him this link to GTR1 for Dummies. He is still looking for someone to take over from him.

Here’s hoping someone still using GTR1 as their primary screening tool will take up the challenge.
I’m still evaluating AI/Machine Learning. A completely different approach. But still confident that with enough expertise an individual can outperform ML using GTR1.
