coup
1. a sudden, violent, and unlawful seizure of power from a government.
"he was overthrown in an army coup"

No, it was not a coup as PJ Media characterizes it. The 25th amendment is lawful, and not violent.

Then: "So Marcus Junius Brutus Obama was the one who held the knife, delivering the ultimatum to Biden Leave the race or we'll remove you from office. And Harris, Pelosi and Schumer were all in on it. Interesting."

It's what you would expect. Obama was the best one to deliver the bad news. Hersh probably has a gist of what was said, but not exactly or how it was delivered. Obama and Biden are friends. Neither Pelosi, Shumer or Jeffries could deliver that message. That's a tough message - and it wasn't holding a knife - Biden was in a bad way and needed that last final touch to let go. Good that he got it from a friend. You delight in Palace intrigue, don't you?
