Dope1: Gee. Wonder what they spent it on instead of disaster relief for you know, actual Americans Biden/Harris can't be shown the door fast enough. ... Maybe if they weren't spending roughly ~$500M a year on moving illegal aliens around they'd have more.

This republican talking point, amplified in your link by the Orange Oaf's oldest son -- seriously, what kind of idiots think Jr is an authority on anything besides, perhaps, pilfering a charity or business fraud? -- and spread like wildfire by Congressional republicans to the clueless cult is, unsurprisingly, incorrect.

The Shelter and Services Program (SSP) was authorized and funded by Congress.

SSP is a completely separate, appropriated grant program and is not associated in any way with FEMA's disaster-related authorities or funding streams.

BTW, in the Year of the Orange Oaf, 2020, FEMA spent $47 billion and republicans didn't bat an eye or peep a peep.
