If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

"The process is ridiculously unfair when you consider that all these people did everything right and year have to wait 5-7 years for a green card when a dishwasher who snuck over the border gets one in months.

Who do you think is building all that South Bay housing, and working in all those silicon valley restaurants, and working the Salinas valley fields that feed those H1-B student, interns and engineers?
