In your absence we already went over all this. Especially Mike and Albaby. The summary is that there is nothing Biden can do. There is nothing Trump can do. Without a law change by the Legislative, the Executive is powerless (barring another Title 42 crisis).

I don't care what Bannon claims. He's wrong. The law is the law, and apparently will continue to be the law for the next decade or more after Trump torpedoed the best chance we've had to change that law in more than a 10 years.
