Yes I am buy when RSI<30 on the daily, then on the weekly. Here is a 7 year chart for QQQ with weekly RSI.

Way too early. From past history, several instances, an oversold RSI is usually at the beginning of a bear market, not near the end. (Similar to an overbought RSI signals continued forward strength if at a bit less.) A decrease in ROC brings the RSI back within its bounds.
