And Biden, despite knowing better from his decades of foreign policy experience, was powerless to alter that time line. And AFAIK, Trumps plan did not call for abandoning weapons worth billions of dollars for capture by our adversaries.

You have to admire the chutzpah of the "logic" they employ.

But Biden was powerless to stop Trump's withdrawal timetable, yessir. Never mind the fact that Trump's timeline was based on conditions being met on the ground...that weren't being met.

Biden threw away the conditions and went ahead with his deadline. He really thought is was a GOOD THING to say, "Look, I bailed on the place where 9/11 came from on 9/11! Me smart!"

And as you pointed out, nobody told Biden to hand over billions of dollars in weaponry to a bunch of terrorists.
