The tariffs are larger than the tax increases enacted under Presidents George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, and Barack Obama according to the wildly left wing (just kidding) Koch brothers-funded Tax Foundation.

Depends how high personal *earned* income taxes go. Eliminate earned income and the problem goes away.
