Yes. But if I had the power to just pick one, I would go for Vivek, the trouble is his lack of name recognition would lead to taking a bad beating by Kamala in Nov.
Much better if Trump picks Vivek as his VP, let him run the swamp draining operation, like Biden giving Kamala the task of fixing the border problem. The difference with Vivek or Kamala is that Vivek is competent and tenacious enough to achieve some actual progress.
