Rainfall seeped through the edges of the facility as the roofs and walls trembled. Drips leaked from above a door frame. The water spread under poles hoisting the Florida and U.S. flags.

Seeing as cruelty is the point with most things associated with MAGA, and that this facility is intended to house those that MAGA considers to be unworthy of humane treatment, it sounds like it was built exactly as intended.

Not Alligator Alcatraz, but the MAGA CECOT - a facility to mistreat and torture fellow humans.
