Here's to good ol' Nationalism and patriotism - nice to see it! Indeed, Trump gave it to the Left over there. (The investment banker Left, of course ;)
It's nice how Canadians are allowed to express that.
It's nice how the Chinese - BEFORE Trump was President - could say to their government workers "Only use OUR products and no more Apple for you".
It's nice how anyone from MLK, to Gandhi, to Hamilton could espouse those sentiments.
But America, cannot.
Now here's the funny part: Club 401K here is once again reading TOO much into this win. It was HARDLY an endorsement for Liberalism. Canada, like You People is also not content. Modern Culture - does that. They were going to take it our on Trudeau till Trump happened.
So relax. Give it time. Regardless *who* is the incumbent, the shitty parts of their lives won't go away. NO different here in America whether it's Trump or Kamala.
Your society is not content. Not by a long shot.
If you left the White Club 401K bubble, you'd be less clue-impaired. Please stay the way you are----it makes the specter of unrest, permanent normalized political violence and tribalism all the more real in the future.
