Hi Bird hope all is well. When we first met 20 plus years ago we were buying Buffett near BV, PLUS, Buffett had many moves he could make to get the stock higher, as you well know. I'm sure you remember how brkb traded when Buffett finally authorized a buyback, with a silly 1.1 xs BV limit, many years too late.

A buyback at, material discounts to IV is already baked in, Munger is gone, Buffett is in very late innings, brkb buys no longer get the, Buffett bounce", this is no longer the brkb we bought 20 plus years ago. At 1.45 xs BV, a slight discount to IV, maybe 15 % or so, your nephew isn't getting the future we got long ago.
