This seems to be where we are right now. :(

And I'll ad that it's been breathtaking to me just how much depends on the norms of liberal democracy.

I now pay attention to those poli/historian fellows who say the one continuing them in conservativism is that there are some folks who should rule us and we should let them rule us and want to return to that.
