"Serious question. If Maddow gave team Biden 15 questions two weeks in advance, and Joe was given all the answers, do you believe Joe could do a one hour Q and A with her and recite the answers, no Q cards? I'm not poking fun, I'm asking a serious question, thank you."

Biden has shown that he can handle interviews.

But let's change the focus of this question and imagine Trump in this same situation....though it would clearly not be with Rachel Maddow. Do you believe that Trump could manage to stick to the question asked? Not lie? Not make egregious mistakes? Not make grandiose claims? Not throw demeaning slime at his opponents?
