At one point in the Oaks, Pennsylvania, rally governor Kristi Noem introduced Mary and Charles Strange, a Gold Star family whose son Michael was killed while serving in Afghanistan in 2011.
As the Strange family made their way up on stage, Trump cracked a joke about getting up to meet them.
TRUMP: “It's a little harder to get up since I got shot. It made it more difficult. Perhaps that's the way it's supposed to be.”
NOEM: “Sir, they lost their son, Michael.”
Perhaps Trump is just honing his soulless ghoul routine for Halloween.
No need, though: he is the epitome of soulless ghoul.

Ever the narcissist, Trump believes whatever pops into his feeble and demented brain is pure gold and spews it right out.
The man has not one iota of self-awareness and even less empathy.
He's a monster. And those who believe otherwise truly have Trump Derangement Syndrome.

No, you have it wrong. Your side has the TDS afflicted. Those who support Trump are cultists. Consistent terminology makes for clearer communications.

OK. I'll give you a 'touche'. :-)
But, on a more serious note, you are better than supporting the convict. I mean that in a non-pejorative way. It mystifies me. You engage in long discussions about real issues (like asylum), seem to understand, and then go back to the convict anyway.

Yep, I am a complex cultist.
However, I fear a touch of progressive think is drilling into my consciousness like one of Kennedy's brain worms.
I was listening to conservative radio yesterday where the hosts were lamenting all the lawsuits over VA purging illegals from their voter rolls. Their argument was that VA is following a law that has existed for years but now it has become a big deal. The hosts say since they only remove illegals who fail to affirm the correctness of their registration, so what is there to complain about?
I first heard about this issue on this board. I learned that the intended purges are happening too close to election day which does not allow time for legitimate confirmations to be received and processed. So I think if VA wants to do this, then fine, do it throughout the year, not during the run up to an election. And that there is nothing wrong with the lawsuits endeavoring to stop the present process being defended by Gov. Youngkin.
I may check into the MAGA sweat lodge to see if I can shake these progressive thoughts.

Yeah, if other MAGA found out you were actually thinking, they'd boot you out of the lodge. And you are thinking, and seeing the reason behind both sides. It's not a defect in your brain. It's a feature. Reasoned thinking is a good thing, no matter where you finally end up standing on the political spectrum.

It's amazing to me that Trump still does the double jerk dance...along to YMCA no less.
Hasn't anyone told him? Too funny!
He sure can't fake 'cool'. Looks like a demented dork.
