Happy Constitution Day (it's also combined with Citizenship Day, but that has largely gone by the wayside)

Many of us these days continue to marvel at how fast a nation can misplace the instruction manual for its own survival. Happy remembrance of what we once pretended was written in stone—but was in fact always written in pencil with a convenient eraser.

The worst is reinterpreting it into something it never meant.

The 2d amendment gives an individual right to keep and bear, mostly for self protection. But the right wants to own every weapon ever made. Neighborhood automatic weapon fire if you step onto the lawn by accident. Artillery to clear the driveway.

Yet the right refuses to allow me to have nuclear weapons--for self defense, of course. If THEY wanted a nuke, it would be instantaneously allowed.

They make a grenade that has places for 17 bullets, so that you fire 17 bullets at once out of your grenade launcher. It's weird and I can't find the video I watched on it.
