Missouri sued Starbucks this week, alleging the chain’s push to hire and promote more people of color and women violated anti-discrimination laws and slowed down coffee orders.

The lawsuit, filed by Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey, a Republican, opens up a new legal front in the war on diversity in corporate America. It aims to strike down the most common diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs that Starbucks and other businesses use to expand opportunities for minorities, women and historically underrepresented groups.

Strip clubs, topless bars, Hooters etc have an opportunity to do something really funny and insist on making their workforce 50% male in order to comply with anti-DEI mandates. Those ladies are taking jobs away from red-blooded American men who need the work

You know a lot of Trumpers would really like to bring back the bad old days of Jim Crow...or even worse.

Yes, I suggested to them to bring back peonage and chain gangs - they could take captured illegals, chain them up, and have them build the wall. We could have a picture of illegals in chains pushing up and raising the wall (like the famous raising of the flag on Iwo Jima) surrounded by armed troops and police.
