As we've seen.... nothing new, it's about the money. Certain entities can be bought-off by a billionaire. He can tweet what he sees as the TRUTH,. then get "counseled", and go meet a Prime Minister, again.
Think Blue.
Then there's UPenn's boss. She ONLY had to resign when the money came to attack her.
Now, there's Ms Gay of Harvard who has NOT resigned. Of course, the entity engaged in this purge, and this political lynching is intelligent, funded, and organized so I have no doubt that Gay will go eventually. BUT....the fact that Harvard still kept her, even for a day......HANDSHAKE FOR HARVARD!
Here's to Progressivism!
A certain..... uh.....point of view was mainstream, visible, and allowed on Blue Campuses. Of, By, and For Blue. And figureheads were only ejected when it was economically needed so guess what? THEY SENTIMENT remains. And hopefully, these Progressives hired like minded folks in key positions. As they say - you remove the rose from the vase...but the scent of the rose can remain long after.

So as AIPAC and others continue their political lynching - be it of Ms Gay at Harvard.
Or so many Women of Color (as 401K'ers paternalistically call them)..............everyone needs to really think, who is the target? And who is leading the charge against these targets?
And for how long in human history has this been going on?

Speaking of communities of color..... interest rates, predatory loans, arbitrary high fees charged via arbitrary credit ratings. Red Lining by banks and insurance companies.
High margin pawn shops and high interest loan outfits - - in communities of color.
How's that worked out so far? Who suffered? Who benefitted?
Here's to Progressivism.
And here's to something that has been awakened....
And will not be going back to sleep anytime soon.
(Different verbiage used on various forums.....)
