Well, this isn't US policy. So I'm treating it like the old AF board, atheists chatting about "stuff".

Seems odd that they have unexplained deaths, but don't suspect foul play. I would think they should suspect any and everything until they can rule it out.

Carbon Monoxide maybe?

I liked him in The Firm, and actually more-or-less quoted his character yesterday: "Everything is about billing...you're sitting on a park bench thinking about a client - that's billable".

Context: I went for a bike ride, and thought about this project I'm working on a lot of the time. I said to my wife: "I have a moral dilemma...".
Her answer: "No, riding your bike is not billable". Sheeesh!

They seem to have ruled out CO poisoning. The front door was open, and two other dogs were still alive. No signs of forced entry (plus, with three German shepherds, an intruder would likely have had to kill them to get at the homeowners). They seemed to just drop where they were standing.

CO poisoning would fit if the door wasn't open, though how did the other two dogs survive?

I'm not really interested in the lives of celebrities. But this one is a puzzle, and I like puzzles. So I'll probably pay a bit more attention than I normally would.

Apparently, he died of heart failure. Complicated by advanced ALZ. His wife died of hantavirus a week earlier, but he was too confused to reason out what to do.

My only question is why the wife died of hantavirus. Didn't she know she was ill? It would be like a bad flu that didn't go away, so you would think she would have gone to a doctor before it was so severe that she couldn't breath.

Anyway...no CO poisoning. Hantavirus and heart failure.
