So on this score - I'm hoping Biden's FTC is sincere and not just grandstanding about being against anti competitive practices. One of the parties of the merger has shown its hand loud and clear.
I worry that the FTC will be given some bullcrap face saving nugget and they'll approve it.
Jet Blue just gave one of its unions a raise, and now the union coincidentally supports the merger.
