Spankee came up with a plan to kill Magat voters sooner and more efficiently. VA doctors, nurses, etc are now *legally* allowed to REFUSE TO TREAT patients based on their religious or political beliefs, marital status, and so on. As a significant number of doctors in the VA tend to be liberal, they can refuse to treat Magats due to the fact the patients *are* Magats. Hence, they die sooner. Let's see how fast the Excremental Output gets changed/reversed--or "reinterpreted" (shall we say).
