Which is another reason why "eyewitness" testimony is unreliable. Just stick with the documents. She could very well have perjured herself when she said "I don't remember", but have fun proving it. It's not perjury (or any other crime) if you don't remember, and no one really knows except for yourself whether you remember.
An easy dodge.
And even if you do remember, you may remember incorrectly. Again, unreliable.
Documents, email (which are a form of documents), and audio/video recordings...that's much more reliable. Plus DNA (where applicable).
