He won't seek reelection.

He is old, so I could understand if he just wants to relax. But I wonder if it isn't having to lick the Felon's boots. He was always a party-first guy, and I hated a lot of the things he did (like hold up SCOTUS appointments). He did make a moderately scathing speech after Jan 6 (which I'm sure MAGA didn't like). Maybe he just couldn't stomach it anymore?

Just a guess. Maybe it really is his health, and enjoying his "golden years".

Latest was when he took a SCOTUS seat from you and Obama.

He could have saved the country from the insanity of a second Trump term. But, no. He thought he could finesse getting rid of Trump without impeaching him. BIG mistake.

I am no fan of his. However, he was a professional. He knew the procedures, and how to work within them. He didn't want to burn everything down.

That's about all the good things I can say about him. I can't even say that much about the Felon and MAGA congress-slime.
