even though Trump's counsel left him zero room for LEGITIMATE appeal, the process still has to be followed to provide the illusion of letting him FILE an appeal which then triggers more opportunities to litigate each micro-step of the process rather than having the court jump ahead to the end of the story and immediately rule he has no grounds, stop the delay tactics, and force a final payment.
OK, so even though no evidence has been preserved for appeal, he gets to file an appeal? And are you saying he get to file on every ruling against him made during the appeals process? So he'll file an appeal on the ruling that no evidence has been preserved, and an appeal on the ruling itself, are there any others? And then you appeal the rulings against you in appeals?
