Let the Doctor, or Doctor's Umbrella policy mount the defense and waste time and money. Jedi, as has been noted in the past, we have APRNs, PAs, etc, to spread the workload. In the more remote areas, we can allow Veterinarians to treat humans. There are remote diagnostics, surgical apparatus, planes, helicopters. There always has been trouble with treatment in remote areas, and in the country.
